Post Profit From Crisis in the Silver Market and Help Defeat the Cartel

Subject:Profit From Crisis in the Silver Market and Help Defeat the Cartel
By: Deepcaster

Overview: That there is a Crisis in the Silver Market is clear. Deepcaster recommends that all those who do not believe there is such a Crisis try to take delivery of Physical Silver. Attempting to take delivery of Physical Silver will likely provide a dose of Reality Therapy. Delivery delays are common, with delays for delivery of 100 oz. Bars running 6 to 8 weeks, for example.

Thumbs up Physical Silver is available

I humbly remind you that there is a big world outside US. Silver usages by traditional industry has come down. This has resulted in surplus silver languishing in India with all.

Indian laws allow physical activity only. You can send anybody to India or if you have any contact do your homework and buy any quantity in tonnage terms. We are not producing much silver. All we do is import from China, Australia, Mexico and Russia. We are not able to exhaust our agreed quota.

For your information, India used to consume 5000 tons till 2003 now that usage has come down to sub 2000 levels.

You can easily check this information as the figures are hard facts unlike your assumptions and fears of silver shortage.

Look outside US and inform yourself of realities. Dont just form and spread an impression which is not supported by global facts and figures. Truth must prevail. Cheers!

Source? If you want anyone to believe any silver use has subsided with the cell phones, computers, and any other electrics, at least on this board, Put up a link or a source.

That's not a good post to start off with, to basically insult the intelligence of the majority in a forum and accuse them of being just a bunch of US-centric without a clue. Now, I don't mind anyone challenging my views. In fact, I rather welcome a challenge that might indicate that I am in error. But you don't just come walking in and say "You stupid Americans and your self-centered views".

Not everyone here is US American, besides. Anyway...

I'm assuming that you're from India, by the "We are not producing much silver". And it's true. I don't know anything about India's silver consumption or investment habits. But what I DO know is that the food price inflations have not spared that part of the world and that in more recent times (late last year), there were reports of rioting because of those price increases. So of course, I don't think buying and/or consuming silver is/was of uttmost priority over there. Of course, it can also be a case where India isn't using as much because of the shortage which has been amply reported by Morgan, Hommel, Butler et al. Heck, maybe both reasons apply and go hand in hand.

So my questions for you are...

How come you didn't take that into consideration before blaming everyone here of letting thier US-centric views form the basis of their "fears" and their "opinions" that manipulation is taking place in silver? Maybe the food price problems didn't affect you, but what about the rest of your country? And how does ignoring the plight of others in your country make you less ego-centric than we supposedly are here?
