Post Straight Talk On Manipulation

Subject:Straight Talk On Manipulation
By: Theodore Butler

Overview: This article comes as a result of recent conversations with my friend and mentor Izzy Friedman. Our discussions on silver go back decades, to the mid-1980’s. Some may marvel at how two grown men can debate such an apparent narrow issue on almost a daily basis for 25 years. What could we possibly find new to talk about? The truth is that not only do we find new things, the debate oftentimes becomes quite heated. Why this intense continued interest in this metal?

Default It's not just the CFTC that doesn't want to know

Dear Theodore,

A couple of months ago I emailed Dennis Wheeler, CEO of Coeur, with GATA research on manipulation. I told him that our company (i am a shareholder) is being robbed by short sellers, and rather than issue debt to cover cashflow shortfalls, he should complain to the CFTC. GATA's research is so complete, like your own, that it didn't occur to me he wouldn't be interested. He didn't just refuse to complain, his people claimed to have monitored the market and did not see any sign of manipulation, denying the accuracy of GATA's research.

If the worlds largest silver miner's CEO doesn't want to know about manipulation, it is hardly suprising the CFTC don't. What i don't understand, is why CDE wouldnt want to profit from higher prices, rather than support the status quo, indirectly or otherwise. I was genuinly excited at the thought of the waves a major metals CEO could cause the cartel to endure if he went public. But alas, no. We soldier forward on our own.

Keep up the good work Theodore, thanks for fighting the good fight.

The persistent and prevaricous position taken by the CFTC is that "No manipulation is evident".

I expect them to find nothing this time as well. It would not bode well for our economy if gold and silver vaulted to new highs just yet, therefore the games will continue, unabated for the time being.

It is to our advantage that silver is held so ridiculously low, as the corresponding rise must then be exponential in character, surpassing [sling-shotting] past "equilibrium.

Default Manipulation

Mr. Butler,

After reading your information for the past 4-5 years or so, I have in fact learned that it's a major MANIPULATION! of the market and only a small number of people can when during this type of game playing if you will, so I am thankful that some one such as yourself and a small handful of others shining the light on the situation and allowing people such as myself to learn and help others in the process. I have learned how to save with Silver and create a income as well as control my profits, and control my losses, if anyone one would like to learn how use this process for themselves drop me a line @ internetsuccess@getresponse.com

P.S. Mr. Butler Thank you for all that you share and all that you do.

Kurt (Kaybeau)
