Several months ago Barclays applied to issue another 15 million shares in it's silver ETF(150 million ounces).....I have made many enquiries regarding the status quo of this application but no one seems to have an answer....in fact many did not know Barclays had made this move!!!


surely this will make a few people "sit up"......
