    You will need to see these too since the code has been updated and the UCC numbers you want to site may have changed but all things being equal is you sign any legal document "without prejudice" or "under protest" you should still be covered to subsequently pursue an alternative remedy.

    I'm wondering how up-to-date that article is. As you have pointed out Kat, they "update" everything regularly so it's difficult to find what you are looking for in the hundreds and thousands of pages of "laws".
