Hoping spot had been smashed as low as it would go,
I converted my monthly allotment of cash to silver on the 6th, 11 days ago.

This smash feels like the final push down.

Was $16.65 your thing a couple months ago and then it was going up up up.

Then you were predicting $15.45 the absolute low and here we are at $14.45 right now, gee I wonder how many miners will fold shop after today with these kind of prices?

Maybe if you would stop telling them what they can't do, you wouldn't screw up the spot price for everyone else with your constant wild ass guesses.

It always looks like the market will do the opposite of whatever you predict it will do.

Predict it will go high and it goes low

Predict it can't go any lower and they prove you wrong again. maybe if you got out of the guessing game we would all be better off if you kept your guesses to yourself

Still waiting for that run to $21 and then up to $26, but for some reason it seems to be heading in the wrong direction.

You are giving me far too much credit.
I actually have no influence on the digital spot price.
However I will take advantage of the ridiculous situation today and will purchase five more ounces of precious in the form of a sub $100 ATB physical silver bullion coin.
How about you, any plans to accumulate more?

BTW, your league doesn't care about the future of the mines (or this cuntry), trashing everything to maintain control.

Default one to keep and one to flip in a few years

I've had my eye on this good looking coin for a couple of years.

2015 5 oz ATB Bombay Hook Silver Coin (BU)

    The price was too low.
I had to buy two to get the free shipping.

Your right and you have no idea what it's going to be tomorrow, next week or next month. Your always listening to others hyping the market no matter what the conditions and making predictions that prove to be wrong far more often than you are ever right.
Today is a better buying opportunity than at $15, 16 or anything higher. But is this as low as it is going to drop? Many people swear it could never drop this low again and one idiot even swore if you waited the premiums would be so high it would negate waiting for these lower prices. Hum Bone sounds like another one of your bad predictions proving you wrong again, but don't feel to bad your not the only idiot to make this false claim. Now there are some analyst who have predicted that the spot price might drop even lower and some predicting it could drop down under $10 again depending on the general markets doing well. Not my prediction and I hope they are partially wrong. I hope the markets and our economy continue to thrive for all of us. At the same time I can only hope Silver will somehow start to turn around again. To answer your question, no I'm not buyinng more Silver, your the one playing catch up trying to build a stack.

I think that I may have caught the bottom for the year with those Bombay Hooks.

I've bought more silver this month than I ever have before, or ever will again.

I have one more buy to make this morning,
after a couple of packages arrive,
one from JMBulion and another from Ebay.
I'll post the links later after I order.

I find your actions very interesting for someone that constantly predicts the end of the world as we know it is just around the corner and the world governments are out to kill everyone.

Now that you have a little money to actually buy some Silver instead of having to sell it to survive, your not looking like anyone believing in dooms day at all.

One would think you of all people would be busting balls to create that stack you've always desired to have when facing your zombies.

Instead of stacking Silver your buying way overprice everything including those rolls of nickels at $16.71 a roll when even APMEX won't pay more than $11.38 for them.

Remember when your $3,100 Silver comes around those 30 one gram Silver rounds of Silver that you predict will be worth a whopping $3,000.

Nice buy for someone that can't plan very well. Use that same amount of money to buy just plain old generic Silver and you could have bought approximately 1.8 ounces of Silver.

Lets see how that stacks up in fantasy land. 30 grams of Silver = $3,000 versus 1.8 ounces of Silver = $5,580, but whose counting it's all good at $100 per gram right!!!

Just remember the more you pay over the spot price for any item, the less you'll see in return when you sell unless you happen to buy a special item of higher value that appreciates more than the Silver spot price by a factor of X.

This holds true for anything you buy as well as ASE's which has always been my pet peeve over the years, but more so in years past when the premiums were a much higher percentage.

I think using $3,100 an ounce is way out of line for trying to predict what your Silver might be in the future unless your comparing it to a hyperinflated Dollar and then it's not worth $3,100.

Try using a more realistic price to see what the difference might be for a volume of different items at $100 per ounce. It may never happen but the chances are far greater than $3,100.

Look at 1,000 ounces of generic Silver rounds at $14.64 spot plus 39 in premium = $15,030 divided by $14.64 spot plus $2.30 in premium per ASE = 887 ASE's for the same investment.

At $100 spot, those 1,000 generic rounds would typically be worth $100,000.

At $100 spot, those 887 ASE would typically be worth $89,587 at one dollar over spot each.

Carry that to fantasy land and those generic rounds would be worth $3,100,000 versus the ASE's at $2,750,587.

Don't let anyone fool you into thinking the premium won't matter when Silver hits the moon no matter what the moons value is.

Unless your dealing with something other than .999 Silver, it's all about the number of ounces you have when it comes time to sell and I'm talking about .999 Silver not other types as they can be worth more or far less depending on the market and what dealers are willing to pay for it.

August was quite the silver stacking month for me.

I realize that 87 ounces of silver for $2200 was not a very good deal
when I was supposed to be stacking weight for ratio trading.
But with the prices so low, I got things that I'd wanted for awhile and could afford.
I am very happy to have been able to fully restore the stack that I had to liquidate 2011-2014.
Once the spot price exceeds $23, I'll likely not be ordering anything else.
Four more good months of silver price suppression, that's all that I'd like to see.

The following is my PM (and supplies) "to buy" list for the rest of this year.
Once these items are purchased, then my silver stacking will be essentially completed,

Ideally I'll never have to sell most of it, and will be able to handle my taxes and living
expenses through other means, so the stash will be passed along to my progeny
after I educate them (and their husbands) how to trade it without getting ripped off.

Acknowledging my habit (addiction?), I'll likely want to purchase another 21 ounces of those one gram
rounds and bars and three more rolls of war nickels, if the silver prices remain low into January.
I feel tiny grams may be an affordable and practical form of silver to distribute, when the prices rise astronomically.

From my perspective, I'll have a decent flea market styled selection of silver and copper targeted at
the low end (north St. Louis) of the PM market, as well as a nice stash for a measure of financial security.

You might be right about Silver to the moon and total disaster, but what if you are only partially right and there is total disaster but the value of your Silver is only worth say $25 - $50 per ounce??

How well do you believe your Silver stack will support you then, I know I would be concerned if I had to totally depend on my Silver alone forever. No more government checks each month, my fiat supposedly worthless. I have all the food I'll ever need, but what will it cost to survive in the new jungle??? Power, water, taxes to keep your house?? It may not be the same government but someone will take over for better or worse.
