By my recollection, stackers lost something like $17 million and Hannes was sentenced to spend 30 months in prison, which turned out to be a total of around 26 months between prison and his halfway house.

That works out to be about $654K for each month in Federal prison. It just goes to prove crime does pay.

Like millions of other back in the olden day's that spent 24, 36 or 48 months in the military. I spent 36 month in the US Army and was just as broke when I got out as when I went in. If that didn't happen to you, you had to be a thief, a loan shark or a POW to come out ahead.
