The following items listed are potentially on sale items. Some are long term sale prices for the most part, while others are quick hit and miss sales.
The premium price listed for 90% coins represents the amount over the spot price of Silver per ounce in your total purchase, not per Dollar face value. 90% Silver does not represent 90% of an ounce of Silver per Dollar face value, it only represent the total percentage of Silver content in these coins, while the actual content of silver is estimated to be .715 ounces of Silver per Dollar face value. So for example if someone was listing their 90% at $1 over spot, you would actually be paying 71.5 per Dollar face value ($1 x .715 = 71.5). You may often hear people talk about the face value being $14.50 or $17.00 per Dollar face value, but that is not how it is listed or sold in terms of the premium listed and paid. The logic is so you can always compare the price per ounce of Silver in all products you are buying. Apples and Apples not Apples and Oranges that you would be forced to calculate the difference yourself.
All posted premiums will represent the price over spot per ounce and is for an any quantity. When you see two prices, the first is the premium for a single product and the second is for a 500 count in almost all cases.
Items marked in Green usually represent a sale item, exceptional value or the lowest premium for this item between these dealers. By going to the individual link, you can see the full detail for each item and actual prices and premiums per product.

Someone in power with their brilliant wisdom bought a new package that is screwing them into the ground with the way they now publish their pricing. The majority of the items I had listed had one or more problems with the way they now have them posted, either no premium listed at all just the price you pay per ounce and you figure it out at each price break and the best one I like is the number of 90% coins with a price per X number of face dollars and no cost per ounce. They didn't even have the courtesy to let the customer know how many ounces they might be expected to find in that bag. If you don't already know or how to calculate the actual cost per ounce your taking a huge leap of faith your not getting screwed. I called someone this morning and asked when they might be through with updating this new system as it's not really functional on far too many items and was told it's done. If the premium price isn't listed, you'll just have to calculate it yourself. So I've deleted all of SD Bullions item from our listing until they either correct this problem or they are replaced by other dealers. The post is already maxed out to the limit on space so any new dealers will just push them out the door permanently. To make matters worse they are posting sale items for the week with their normal selling premiums that they have been selling at for months. New management, desperation, who knows but these are the signs to watch out for when things get shady and it's looking pretty dark right now. Too many dealers struggling to make ends meet and I sure don't want to post products for the next Tulving or Northwest Territorial Mint again.

After a rather unfriendly review I posted on their web Thursday Morning, someone actually responded and did a tap dance number trying to explain how they just couldn't figure out how to make their system calculate the premium on 90% coins yet and eliminating the actual premium price everyone pays at the different price breaks is only because of thousands of request over the years for a change to list all the actual cost and there is no longer any room. (for nonsense like this I guess)

I would suggest that if they are going to install a new software package, they make sure someone on their team is at least qualified to do some simple things like make formulas and post the results on the page rather than swim in a tank full of sharks wearing a life vest.

I just find it an odd line of defense when a number of their 90% products do have the actual premium over spot listed when they do not have the capability to provide that information.

The important thing to provide our customers now it to show them how much the item will actually cost by check or BitCoin or Credit card and they can figure out the rest or maybe they would prefer we didn't go to that "extreme".

Some items list the premium for the best price while others do not and I really like it when they don't list anything for the odd sizes like a five ounce bar.

Tell me this isn't the Kroger syndrome at work here, don't teach kids how to use math and you have a lot of people that are idiots and can't figure it out for themselves so we are not going to tell them the truth, we have a reputation for being a price leader so that should be good enough for them. Kind of like taking one of your everyday items and posting it as being on sale this week while listing it at the same price you have been for months. Of course when your in my position actually checking these prices for changes and they put one up on sale and I go to change the price and it's still the same, well you can't fool the system, maybe a lot of people but not the system or the crotchety old geezer monitoring it.

It just struck a really loud warning bell when he emphasized their reputation for being the industry leader in low premiums with respect for no longer posting all these premiums.

Let me just say Tulving was the industry leader for 500 count boxes of just about anything he sold, until he went belly up along with a bunch or our money.

Northwest Territorial Mint was the industry leader for one ounce round premiums for close to a couple decades until they went belly up along with even more of our money.

I can't comment on Bullion Direct as I never had anything to do with them as I could never see an advantage of doing business with them, but others did until they went belly up and took millions of our money with them also.

Provident Metals was pretty much an industry leader for some low cost one ounce rounds with great quality until they were no longer the industry leader of those quality rounds or prices, still waiting to see if they survive.

To find out what they are charging right now for this product, simply multiply the KITCO ask price by .715 and the difference between the two is what you are paying over spot per ounce. It was 29 the other day and now zero which is a great buy for 90% if you can catch that price. it says it's in limited quantities and I added 100 face dollars worth in the cart and it was OK for checkout. This dealer along with many other dealers are going back to the old ways of just listing what you are paying for a face dollar of 90% and not telling the customer what the truth is in relation to spot. The Kroger strategy in action and if I were you I'd stay away from all these people when it comes to 90%. If this price wasn't so damn good I wouldn't list it.

UPDATED ON 6/01/2018
