If you wanna invest your own personal "risk capital" in the DCM that you work on....(the CBOT)....I think you'll have to buy shares in the CME Group.

Every time I post I expose you for the fraud that you are...it's easy...it's fun

If people wanna search out my posts and see for themselves....they are welcome to.

You on the other hand....are incorrigible...and are too lazy to seek out the info provided by the members of this forum.

I'm fairly certain it's clear to many here....what your motive and objectives are in cloaking the truth and protecting the "status quo".

Your grip is slipping in your effort to conceal the rigged casinos....and your masters at the CME are getting desperate. I enjoy watching the parasites squirm.

I'm sorry you don't like the salty truth....well, no I'm not

My motive and objectives are in exposing the truth and protecting people who are new to the markets from the crowd who think that making up fantastic stories gives them credibility. If people want to to search out your posts and see for themselves, they can find plenty of those. If people are interested in legitimate, true, and reasoned criticism of exchanges, regulatory agencies, or brokerage houses, it can be found in my posts, and I plan to and am willing to offer more.

    Shellster, That's actually pretty humorous.
Are there alot of "new" people coming into the "market"?
The word is plenty of "old" customers are heading towards the Exits so getting some fresh meat into the slaughter-house would seem,,,,,,prudent. lol
You're better than any of the sock-puppets could ever dream of being.

    Hahaha....whatever you say

Your fanciful dreams are sprouting like tall buidings in a Dark City.

When you get around to dispensing advice for us newbs....

Don't forget to tell the rooks that silver is not a strategic metal.....and that it's also illegal to melt down 90% junk silver.

Yes..yes..yes....your advice and teachings is all the "rage"....and none of the sage.

Carry on with your 'clever cover' for the CME Group....it's always entertaining.

Melting a coin is a form of defacement. Just because it is not commonly prosecuted does not change the law. Which of your other stories would you like me to refute?

    United States Code
TITLE 18 - CRIMES AND CRIMINAL PROCEDURE
    PART I - CRIMES
CHAPTER 17 - COINS AND CURRENCY
    333. Mutilation of national bank obligations

Whoever mutilates, cuts, defaces, disfigures, or perforates, or unites or cements together, or does any other thing to any bank bill, draft, note, or other evidence of debt issued by any national banking association, or Federal Reserve bank, or the Federal Reserve System, with intent to render such bank bill, draft, note, or other evidence of debt unfit to be reissued, shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than six months, or both.
    FINDLAW
    http://caselaw.lp.findlaw.com/caseco...ction_333.html
    or
    http://assembler.law.cornell.edu/usc...3----000-.html

Prior to 1994 when this law was amended, the statute read fined not more than $100. This was changed in 1994 to read shall be fined under this title which effectively gives the court the authority to impose a fine at its discretion. Of course the imprisonment terms mentioned in the statute speaks for itself.

    NOTES TITLE 18 SECTION 333
    http://assembler.law.cornell.edu/usc...000-notes.html

This next statute concerns the defacing of currently circulated coins, either foreign or domestic:

    United States Code
    TITLE 18
    PART I
    CHAPTER 17
    331. Mutilation, diminution, and falsification of coins

    http://assembler.law.cornell.edu/usc...1----000-.html

Whoever fraudulently alters, defaces, mutilates, impairs, diminishes, falsifies, scales, or lightens any of the coins coined at the mints of the United States, or any foreign coins which are by law made current or are in actual use or circulation as money within the United States; or whoever fraudulently possesses, passes, utters, publishes, or sells, or attempts to pass, utter, publish, or sell, or brings into the United States, any such coin, knowing the same to be altered, defaced, mutilated, impaired, diminished, falsified, scaled, or lightened shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than five years, or both.

Prior to 1994 when this law was amended, the statute read fined not more than $2,000. This was changed in 1994 to read shall be fined under this title which effectively gives the court the authority to impose a fine at its discretion. Of course the imprisonment terms mentioned in the statute speaks for itself.

Guess what? On the trading floors, a**hole is a term of endearment. So, even though you think you are successfully offending me, all you are doing is making me smile. And there are a total of six terms in there that would qualify melting as defacement.

Kind of funny that a guy who was a bouncer at the bar one door down from the one Mr. T worked at isn't going to be frightened by an anonymous ranter on the internet whose best defense is profanity and racism. Doncha' think?

My intent was not to offend you.

I think I was successful in correcting your misleading post driven by whatever pathology is floating your boat.

There is no prohibition on melting the coins
just as your guiding man AgShaman has pointed out to you on multiple occasions.

Are you frightened by any posts from ranters that you feel that you actually know?
Does that make a difference in your fear?

And as far racism, your repeated racist attacks on various forum members on behalf of your chosen masters is well documented.
You want the spotlight, kabbal racist?
    You have it "Shelley".

Much of your deceptive posting, just like the one that I just objected to and called your evil ass on, is worse than profane, you dastardly devil you.

Who needs defense from a stupid broker?
A 100% pro-kabbal racist boob trolling from the CME.

    WTF? D'ya think you'ra 1%er?

    Begone satan.

Default Thanks for posting the Golden Jackass Report Ag

It's a real eye-opener for PM people. After seeing what happened to MFG clients, who could possibly trust their investments with CME/COMEX or any entity that has any affiliation with JPM or Londen Houses. Think of the HORROR of losing your Stack---Well it just happened to thousands of High Rollers, and millions of PM people are looking at paper investments in a whole new light. Since most of us are physical we are not affected except by spot price. That could all be changing very soon. See You At The Top.
