Post Silver spot going to $26 before Halloween!

Some Asian gold miners, ETFs hit record highs

    Shares of Hong Kong-listed Zhaojin Mining Industry Co. (ZHAOF 3.14, +0.09, +2.95%) (HK:1818 25.85, +0.75, +2.99%) and Sydney-traded Newcrest Mining Ltd.(NCMGY 41.14, +1.04, +2.59%) (AU:NCM 42.01, +1.41, +3.47%) surged to record-high levels Wednesday, as did the Hong Kong- and Singapore-listed shares of SPDR Gold Trust ETF (GLD 131.65, +0.66, +0.51%).

The rise in Zhaojin shares came even as Morgan Stanley downgraded the stock to equal-weight, citing their strong out-performance recently.

If my prediction comes true, it probably won't even be big news amongst the other crap.

Oh if only my Betting Emporium were still open for new wagers!

All those wagers, by the way, are actual statements by users on this board.
I didn't post the names, you can search if you really want to know.

All these "calls" are strange to me, as there is nothing but gut to rely on. It's kinda like pulling a rabbit out of a hat. What I will say, that everyone CAN agree on, is that it has been fun watching this burst to new heights. I, for one, will be happy when we see the next cyclic downturn. It's not healthy for anything to go up, up, up, without small pull backs. Regardless of what we feel the actual value is, or how much "catching up" it must do, the unfortunate aspect remains that the rest of the world controls this "price". By staying in an up-trend the volatility increases due to market activity. We NEED it to stay healthy so that the floor continues rising, in a gradual way.

I had my doubts about $26 silver by Halloween, but when Roger says it isn't going to happen then it's a given.

Exclamation I was waiting for someone else to post this.

""When Clif calls me up and says "Dude, we have our temporal marker from a couple of reports back - so this means we could be a week or so from the price of silver moving up $5 a day..." I get the idea, even when at my tired & thick-headed best." - George Ure, Wednesday October 6, 2010

"Now that the dam has burst in Hungary, the odds of $5-day jumps in silver shortly have just gone up." - George Ure, Wednesday October 6, 2010

"As we mentioned earlier this week, we should now be only a few days away from $5 moves in silver now that we have our temporal marker from the rickety time machine on the un-natural/natural disaster flood of toxic crap coming out of Hungary where an aluminum production waste products pond has now arrived - heavy metals and all - at the second longest river in Europe, the Danube. (Damn, that's a long sentence - I'm surprised I can focus that long...I should be card counting in a casino somewhere today.)" - George Ure, Thursday October 7, 2010

Lightbulb I just needed to think bigger.

And here I was thinking an average of a quarter up a day for the rest of the month
    15*25 = $3.75
would get it to the magic $26.
