I'm in the process of opening a PM IRA and need to designate a dealer. I've bought coin from Monex, and while I have been satisfied with my buys, I have read some disturbing (albeit apocryphal) stuff on the web about some of their reps' sales tactics, among other complaints. I've also heard about delivery problems from NWM. Anybody care to point me to a few reputable dealers who have a good delivery track record on 100 oz. or 1000 oz. as well as a decent premium structure? As you may have guessed, I'm a little new to this, but a long time lover of silver. Thanks

I have purchased from Northwest Territorial Mint both in the past and just recently. I received my order approximately 30 days after purchase as stated on their website. I was told that on my most recent order placed two weeks ago that the product would ship in six weeks.
