Forget about having any privacy or property rights at home if this goes through and watch the housing market take an even bigger dive when everyone realizes they can't sell their house until it is "upgraded" to eco-terrorist standards putting that many more people even further behind the 8 ball on top of the huge increases in energy costs to heat and cool it.
