Just as an FYI I ordered some silver bullion on April 15th from NWTM and received in on June 12th.

8 weeks is not bad.
Obviously the world didn't end while you were waiting, and they didn't go out of business and keep your money (like their competition wants us to fear).

Probably their additional shifts are helping and the demand may have backed down with the sudden uptick in silver(?).

My fastest turn around was about 7 or 8 weeks and also when the prices were in a temporary run up. My slowest was when prices were below $10.

Noticed they have dropped the premium somewhat.
With the free shipping & handling, they're still hard to beat.

I don't shop for 1,000 oz bars, so don't know who has best deals, but suspect NWTM could provide 10 x 100's for very close when you count the shipping & fees(?).

75 cents over spot AND free shipping seems very competitive to me. (I count shipping...)

Yah that is not bad. I have had pretty good luck with MWTM outside of the delivery times but I'll take it. Just trying to accumulate as much as I possibly can right now.

Most wholesalers have the same prices on lots of goods right now with spot disappearing and get product to you in 3 days to one week, ten days outside.

Silverbuyer do you have the names of any of those wholesalers?? I might try them out.

I'm looking around for 5 & 10 ounce bars. So far NWT is the only place I can find them (that ship to Canada). Anyone know where else I might find some? Even my LCS don't have any.

As a side note, NWT is waaay cheaper than my LCS! That's including bank exchange rate and shipping! 1oz Maples C$20.25 @ NWT; C$23-29 @ LCS! Crazy!

I am, however, not all that crazy about a 2-month wait time...

Thanks. I had forgotten about FM.

It works out to about the same $/oz because FM charges shipping.

FM shipping times are still 1 month, but still half that of NWT.

And....just to point out (after looking at their bars), FM bullion is minted buy NWT!!!

Shipping times now are even more sketchy...

Oh, btw, my LCS's have zero (0) 5 & 10 oz. bars.
They say whenever they do get them in, they are gone within days.
Interesting that demand is still that feverish...

So I ordered some 5oz'ers from NWT yesterday.
(I know...shoulda, coulda, woulda waited!)

Delivery: 6-8 weeks, PLUS another 1-6 weeks for customs!!!

Not exactly the best feeling in the world.

I think it was a prudent purchase.

If I had the bux I'd be ordering bullion today although I'd pay extra and buy those 10x10 oz bars from seekbullion.com.

UPDATE:

Ordered July 7th;
Payment cleared July 9th;
Shipped July 22nd.

Why did it take 8 business days to package and ship my order?

Weird.
They say 6-8 weeks yet my order took barely 3! Not that I'm complaining.

And their free shipping saved me C$36! On my small "trial" order that saved me 4% more premium.

I might give then another go with another small order...if prices keep plummeting...

Are you guys ordering off the online store or direct? I have only ordered direct before they shortened their listed delivery times.

Those 5 oz. bars are pretty sweet.
I want to crack the seal on one of them just to feel it up! :eek:
But seriously...will "tarnished" silver affect selling price?

10 oz. NWT bars are next on the order list.

Man I have been wanting to take out a 1oz bar for a loong time, but I just cant help ruining a perfect sheet of 10..
