So I went into my regular 7-11 today, Im pretty friendly with the guys there its right around the block so I go there quite a bit. Anyways, couple weeks ago I had a silver buffalo on me, and I asked if they would take it (just to see what reaction I got).

The guy totally wanted to buy it off of me but didn't have the cash, so I said next time. Well today I went in (didnt have any coins on me) and he asked about the coin, and then his buddy heard us, and was interested too. He wants one as well. I started chatting it up with them about the economy and all this shit going on, and I brought up how the Federal Reserve was a private bank, they couldn't believe it. Shocked.

One of them is Indian, the other was Pakastani, which is kinda funny... I asked why they're not beating each other up. :) Even more amazing though, I said that now the Fed is just printing money, and they were like "Nooo... you cannot just print money..They have to get more Gold before they can print more money" I asked them for what? that our dollar bill isn't backed by gold and that it hasnt been for years. Their jaws dropped... they had NO idea that our currency isn't backed by gold. Did not want to believe me, I said go look it up on the internet when you get home...

I told em 'you guys should know this! you're Indian you have gold in your blood!"

They believed when they were in India, that the government was horribly corrupt over there, and the U.S. was not as nearly as corrupt... when he came here he learned that the U.S. was way more corrupt and India was not so bad... and he just laughed.

anyways!

Im anxious to hear about their findings :)

I heard about an American guy today who just took a job in India for the exact same reason.

You know, I was thinking, that if one of you guys came into the store as I was talking to these guys... then you'd probably be thinking 'Great, now I gotta sell, everyones talking about silver and gold'

lol

That story illustrated exactly what I've been thinking all along. The vast majority of people have no clue how the monetary system works and who controls it. The govt. loves this, as they can pull the wool over the public sheeples eyes. Most people are more concerned about the latest 'American Idol', what some stupid 'celebrity' did or the sitcom that's on the evenings idiot box. It's sad that they'll devote all this energy into trivial worthless stuff, but wont take the time to realize how their wealth is being stolen from them right in front of their eyes in plain sight. Ignorance is bliss.
