Ok, Valerb nailed it. She compared both inventories between march last year and now. Guess what? yeah, lower inventories now. But price is 13$. Last year was 20$.
Check the "Bust the Comex, remember it" thread.

Heres a couple of questiona, if there is plenty of supply out there, then why isnt the comex restocking?
If their supplies are shrinking, then how can they allow highly leveraged options? Wouldnt that create a scenario where its closer to default? Seems very shady.

I find it interesting that 11 million ounces have been assigned for delivery from COMEX and nothing has been removed from the COMEX warehouses so far this month. Yet there has been 9 million ounces removed from the ETF SLV this month. Is it being used to make COMEX deliveries or just pure coincidence?
It would be a smart move to buy silver from SLV to make COMEX deliveries and keep the COMEX numbers up there and not have any shortage at the wholesalers level either. It makes it that much easier to keep the COMEX manipulation going. As long as the wholesalers can supply silver to the bullion dealers and mints, there is no shortage. The worlds largest know supply of silver is setting in SLV and can be purchased by anyone in 50,000 ounce chunks.
