On November 21 in the United States District Court, District of New Jersey, an amended complaint, case number 1:08-cv-05245 was filed naming as individuals Henry Paulson (Treasury Department), Ben Bernanke (Federal Reserve), Sheila Bair (FDIC) and James Dimon (JP Morgan) along with JP Morgan and Goldman Sachs as defendants.
These defendants were charged as follows: "That the Allegations rise to Civil RICO, possibly criminal RICO and Treason upon Plaintiffs, individually, as a Class, upon the U.S. Constitution & Bill of Rights and the United States of America by Defendants acting in collusion to the total destruction of Plaintiffs by Defendants acting in the their individual/corporate capacity, under color of Law of the United States and under color of Authority of Federal actors, of Plaintiffs monetary & non-monetary assets."
These charges were added to the original complaint which claimed that the bail out violated the lower & middle class' constitutional rights.
Co-plaintiffs were Larry Bumgarner, Stephen Wallace and all American tax paying citizens.
