New Auction for Coins and Bullion help

Im wanting to create a auction site thats just for coins and bullion. With a low insertion fee, and no selling fees. Ebay is over charging for sellers..Anyone intereste in helping build a site like this or is there one yet. There should be one made like this for collectables.
