Everything has been extreme thus far, my advisor said we may see a rate cut of a whopping 1% this week if the Feds continue their extreme ways.

If not this week, sometime within the next few months we were thinking.

That in itself would bring a $50 increase in the Gold price.

I'll go on record right now saying it won't happen. Not 1%. People aren't spending anyway. The last thing we need is a 1% cut.

Let me rethink my reply. The last thing we need is a non-sustainable jump to the economy. No rate cut has worked thus far, and we only end up paying for it more in the long run. Another rate cut would be nothing more than making the pile o' dirt under the rug a little bit bigger. When is anybody going to ACTUALLY deal with the problem? Would I like a jump in PM prices? Actually, I'm quite content with the ability to pick it up at bargain prices. It's all artificial right now, at least IMHO.
