Is there anything special about Brown's Material's Silver rounds? I've never heard of them before.

Are you talking about the ones listed on Apmex? Never heard of them. Probably just some typical generic.

I doubt this is it but you never know... http://www.brownmaterials.com/

Back in the silver boom of the late 70's many independent small minters sprung up, maybe browns was one of them?
I have noticed some collectors pay a ton for bars from certin extinct mints.
I saw 2 10oz bars from one of them fetch almost $2000 on ebay!
I'll see if I saved the link, as I was blown away watching the bidding I may have saved it.

Yes, I was referring to the ones on Apmex. I couldn't find anything on Brown's Materials when I googled it. They are asking a bit more over spot than most rounds and I was just wondering why. I know Engelhards usually go for a bit more also.
